Anita's "Community Cooking" TV

Anita was invited to appear as a chef on a cable TV show called "Community Cooking" developed by the City of Torrance to promote its Farmers Market. She prepared one of our favorite dishes at home, Goat Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breast on a Bed of Orzo Pasta with Spinach and Peas, topped with a Fresh Tomato Salsa (see the last photo of the finished dish). The show went very smoothly, and she had a lot of fun. They will air the show locally at year end and will provide us with a DVD at that time.
